Terms and Conditions
Allways Luxury Chauffeurs Chauffeur Services
1. Definitions
“Company” refers to Allways Luxury Chauffeurs.
“Client” refers to the person or entity making the booking.
“Service” refers to chauffeur-driven transportation provided by the Company.
“Vehicle” refers to any vehicle operated by the Company.
2. Bookings
2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.
2.2 A booking is considered confirmed once written confirmation (email/SMS) is issued.
2.3 The Client is responsible for ensuring all booking details are accurate, including pickup time, address, passenger details, and destination.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 Prices are quoted based on the information provided at the time of booking.
3.2 Prices may change if journey details, waiting time, route, or passenger numbers change.
3.3 Payment is due in advance / per invoice terms unless otherwise agreed.
3.4 The Company reserves the right to request a deposit or full prepayment.
3.5 Additional charges may apply for:
Waiting time beyond the agreed allowance
Additional stops or route changes
Tolls, parking, congestion charges, or cleaning fees
4. Cancellations & Amendments
4.1 Cancellations must be made in writing.
4.2 Cancellation charges:
More than 48 hours before pickup: No charge
Less than 48 hours: 100% of the booking value.
4.3 No-shows will be charged at 100% of the booking value.
4.4 Amendments are subject to availability and may result in price changes.
5. Waiting Time
5.1 Complimentary waiting time:
Airport pickups: 60 minutes after landing
Non-airport pickups: 15 minutes
5.2 Additional waiting time will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1 The Client must ensure passengers behave lawfully and respectfully.
6.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate the service if passengers:
Are abusive, threatening, or intoxicated
Damage the vehicle
Endanger the driver or others
6.3 The Client will be liable for any damage, excessive soiling, or loss caused by passengers.
7. Vehicle Use & Safety
7.1 Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
7.2 Child seats must be requested in advance where required by law.
7.3 Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in vehicles.
8. Delays & Force Majeure
8.1 The Company is not liable for delays caused by:
Traffic conditions
Weather
Accidents
Road closures
Mechanical breakdowns beyond reasonable control
8.2 In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to complete the journey or provide an alternative vehicle.
9. Liability
9.1 The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the booking, except where prohibited by law.
9.2 The Company is not responsible for:
Late arrivals caused by circumstances beyond its control
Indirect or consequential losses
9.3 Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Personal Belongings
10.1 The Company is not responsible for items left in vehicles.
10.2 Lost property found will be held for 90 days and returned where possible.
11. Data Protection
11.1 Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
11.2 Client information will be used solely for booking and service purposes.
12. Subcontracting
12.1 The Company may subcontract services to licensed third-party operators when necessary.
12.2 All subcontractors will meet licensing and insurance requirements.
13. Governing Law
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
13.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
14. Acceptance
By making a booking with Allways Luxury Chauffeurs, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
